Shamrika Renee - President
A woman of vision and a natural people person. She is the owner of Diamond Divas, Inc., and the Founder and National President of Alpha Lambda Theta. Shamrika was born and raised in Shreveport, La. but now resides in the founding city of Dallas Tx. She has been a trailblazer in the fashion industry for over 20 years and collaborated with several successful industry professionals. Shamrika has tackled the industry by storm as a certified image and personal stylist, a professional runaway coach, a published model and fashion show producer which has all lead to her receiving the Expectational Woman of the Year Award for her contributions to the industry.
Alpha Lambda Theta Sorority empowers, teaches, unite and encourages sisterhood in the community. When you know who you are and whose you are your life will forever change.

Dr. LaQuita Smith-Kayworth, located in West Palm Beach, FL, is the owner and CEO of C.R.A.V.E. Inc. & Boushey Bellahz Incorporated. She has always maintained a desire for serving others and throughout her life, she has intrigued the minds of others by showcasing her skills in various backgrounds such as Acting, Modeling, being a Bestselling Author, Film Directing and Clinical Psychology. Her passions continue to grow as she delves deeper into serving other populations in her Non-Profit organization. Building stronger youth for today will lead to a better tomorrow and this is her plan. LaQuita is also the CEO of her own Publishing and Film Production company and she is always looking for new talent, because the diamonds in the rough are often discovered where no one dares to look.
